OUR STORY
James and I started US Flash in June of 2008. Ignorance is bliss because that was one of the worst times to start a business. The country was in a recession, any extra marketing dollars were a luxury for Corporate America at that time. Had we known all the challenges with starting a business at that time, we probably would never have done it On day one we started with an ASI phone book with one simple question “How can we make your job easier?” Ten years later, we’re still asking our distributors the same question.
We are laser focused on listening to our distributors and making things easier for them. I still read every survey and every comment our family of distributors leave for us. Whether its improvements we can make, or its things we are doing well, I want to know about it. Listening to our distributors is what I attribute our success to, and we are going to stick with it.
OUR PROMISE
The promise from James and I to our distributors is simple, but it encompasses so much. We promise to make you, our distributor, look like a superhero to your client. We know the job you do is difficult, and we know how demanding your client can be. So we promise to do everything in our power to go above and beyond on every order to make sure your client gets a product that WOWs them. We want your client to get their order and LOVE IT. We want them to call you again for re-orders, and we want them to refer you to their friends, family, and colleagues. We have guarantees and warranties on our products and they’re great. However, making you look like a Promo Superhero is Our Promise.

We believe that happy team members lead to happy clients, and over the last 10 years it has proven to be true. We’ve won the PPB Best place to work for the last 2 years, and have created a great working environment. Through copious amounts of product and customer service training we empower each member of our team to make decisions and get things done for our distributors. OUR ACCOLADES
I’m not big on bragging about our awards, but I am proud of what those awards represent. We’ve won Fastest Growing Supplier. We’ve been on Counselors Hot List, and we’ve carried a 5-star rating with ASI and an A+ rating with SAGE the entire time we’ve been in business. But, the award we are most proud of is being a Distributors Choice Award Finalist for 8 years straight. That award is a direct reflection of the relationships we have built with our distributors and that makes us proud.
